Apparel: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns require approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Intimate wellness items: final sale for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not exclude support for defective, damaged or incorrect items, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

For damage or defects on arrival, or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video. This reporting request does not replace the limited warranty or your non-waivable consumer rights.

The standard remedy for a defective item is replacement with the same model. Refunds apply where replacement is not feasible or where required by law.

LushKiss is an external stimulator shaped like a pair of red lips. Inside the lips is a small tongue that circles continuously, and a second mode draws air in through the mouth for a pulsing suction. It is designed to be held against the clitoris or nipples — nothing about it is insertable.

Using it

  • Start on the lowest setting with the lips resting lightly against the skin. The tongue works best with light contact, not pressure.
  • For suction, the mouth needs to seal. Settle the lips over the clitoris so the edge touches all the way round. If the suction feels weak, reposition rather than turning it up.
  • A little water-based lubricant on the lips makes both modes smoother.

Care & cleaning

  • Warm water and mild unscented soap, or a toy cleaner, before and after every use — including inside the mouth and around the tongue.
  • Do not submerge unless waterproofing is confirmed on your packaging.
  • Air dry fully. Store apart from other silicone items.
  • Water-based lubricant only. See Toy Care 101.

Regular if you want the simplest thing that works. App-Controlled if you want a partner to take control, or if play over distance matters. All three do the same thing physically.

Is it insertable?
