1. General Shipping Information
FemmeBliss is dedicated to delivering your intimate wellness products swiftly and discreetly. We ship internationally from our fulfillment centers to ensure the best possible delivery times.
• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.
• Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+8) may be processed the following business day.
2. Discreet Packaging & Privacy
We understand the importance of privacy for our customers.
• Plain Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or padded envelopes. There are no logos, product descriptions, or “adult” markings on the exterior of the package.
• Shipping Label: The sender name on the shipping label will appear as “Femmebliss” or a generic fulfillment center name (e.g., “Warehouse Fulfillment”), ensuring that the contents remain completely confidential, even to those handling the package.

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections or carrier delays beyond our control.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $39.99 USD (or equivalent currency).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International Duties are Not Included.
FemmeBliss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
• EU Customers (IOSS): For orders under €150, VAT may be collected at checkout to streamline delivery. For orders over €150, you may be required to pay VAT and duties upon import.
• Refusal to Pay Duties: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs duties, no refund will be issued due to the high cost of return shipping and potential product loss.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
• You can track your order directly on our website via the “Track Order” page or through the carrier’s website.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
FemmeBliss is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
• Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Investigation: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your building manager. If it is still missing after 48 hours, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Due to strict local regulations regarding adult products, we are unable to ship to certain countries (e.g., parts of the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa). If we cannot ship to your location, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
