Quick answer: There is no single universal size chart for men's erotic underwear. Check each product page for its available size notes and any supplier reference measurements. Use those product-specific details and compare them with a similar garment that fits you, rather than applying a general waist conversion.
How to measure yourself
Measure at the point where the waistband of the specific garment will sit. Each product page may state a different intended waistband position; follow that note rather than assuming a standard low-rise placement. If a product page gives a weight reference, consider it alongside any garment measurements; weight alone does not determine fit.
