Apparel: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns require approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Intimate wellness items: final sale for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not exclude support for defective, damaged or incorrect items, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

For damage or defects on arrival, or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video. This reporting request does not replace the limited warranty or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Sizing

True to size. Measure at the hip where a low-rise brief sits, about 5 cm (2 in) below the natural waist: M fits roughly 76–84 cm (30–33 in), L 84–91 cm (33–36 in), XL 91–99 cm (36–39 in), XXL 99–107 cm (39–42 in). This blend has more stretch than the metallic styles, so it is more forgiving if you are between sizes — but the rule still holds: go up. See the Men's Underwear Size Guide.

What quick-dry actually buys you

Two things. It stays comfortable through a hot day or a workout instead of staying damp, and it is genuinely practical for travel — wash it in a sink at night and it is dry by morning, which is why this cut ends up in carry-on bags more than the rest of the range.
