Privacy & Discretion

Will my package look like what it is?

No. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box or padded mailer. There are no logos, no product names, no adult markings, and nothing on the exterior that indicates what is inside. The label lists a generic fulfilment name as the sender.

What will show up on my card statement?

FEMME BLISS. That's the whole line — no product names, no category description, nothing adult-related. It's deliberately recognisable enough that you won't mistake it for a fraudulent charge, but it says nothing about what you bought.

Will anyone handling my parcel know what's in it?

The contents are not described on the shipping label. Couriers see an address and a generic sender name, nothing more.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don't sell personal information to data brokers. We share your name and address with the courier so your order can be delivered, and transaction data with the payment processor so your payment can be taken. That's it. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Will I get retargeting ads following me around?

We're deliberately conservative here. Given what we sell, ads chasing you across the internet are a privacy problem, not a marketing win.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

Our orders are dispatched from China. This is why delivery takes longer than a domestic US retailer, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than have it be a surprise.

How long will my order take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch:

These are estimates. Customs inspections occasionally add time and are outside our control.

What does shipping cost?

Free on orders of $19.99 USD and over — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Below that, Standard shipping is $9.90 USD. FedEx Express is $25.00 USD and is faster.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Possibly, depending on your country. Duties aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. EU customers ordering under €150 may have VAT collected at checkout to speed up delivery.

Can you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide with some exceptions. Local laws on adult products mean we can't deliver to certain countries, including parts of the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa. If we can't ship to you, your order is cancelled and refunded in full.

My tracking says delivered but nothing arrived.

Check with neighbours and your building manager first — this resolves most cases. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact the carrier to open a claim and email us so we can help chase it.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return underwear?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, provided it's unworn, unwashed, has the original tags attached, and the hygiene liner is intact. Email us with your order number first; we'll approve the return and send you a US return address. Please don't ship anything back before you have it.

Can I return a toy?

No. Intimate wellness products — vibrators, plugs, strokers, bondage items — are final sale for health protection reasons. This is standard across the industry and applies once the item has been dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

That's covered on everything we sell, final-sale items included. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of both the item and the outer packaging. Our standard remedy is a replacement.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Place a new order for the size you want and return the original for a refund. It's faster than a direct exchange, and it means you're not waiting twice.

Sizing

Do your sizes run true to US sizing?

No — and this matters. Our garments follow Asian sizing, which runs roughly one size smaller than US sizing. If you normally wear a US medium, order a Large. Every product page has a size guide; please check it before ordering.

Some products size by body weight rather than waist. Why?

That's how the manufacturer specifies them, and for close-fitting garments it's often more accurate than waist measurement alone. Where a product is sized this way, the weight range is on the product page.

Products & Materials

What are your toys made from?

Depends on the product, and we list it on every product page rather than using vague phrases like "medical grade" without specifics.

• Vibrators, plugs and wands: body-safe silicone, usually over an ABS core. Both are non-porous, phthalate-free, and can be properly sanitised.
• Male strokers: TPE. This is the standard material for strokers across the whole industry, including the major brands, because it is soft and stretches without tearing — silicone simply cannot deliver the same feel.
• Apparel: nylon ice silk, modal, mesh and faux leather, depending on the piece.

Is TPE safe? I've read that it's porous.

It is porous, and that's accurate — TPE cannot be sterilised the way silicone can. What that means in practice is that a TPE stroker is a single-user consumable, not a permanent item: never share it, dry it completely after every use, powder it, and replace it if the surface ever turns sticky or holds an odour after washing.

Used that way it is perfectly safe, and it is what nearly every stroker on the market is made of. We'd rather explain the trade-off than pretend it doesn't exist. Full routine in How to Clean a Male Stroker.

What lubricant should I use?

Water-based, always. Silicone lubricant reacts with silicone toys and degrades the surface. Oil and silicone lubricants also degrade TPE, and oil-based lubricants damage latex condoms. Water-based works with everything we sell.

How do I clean a toy?

Silicone and ABS: warm water and mild unscented soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner, before and after every use. Dry fully before storing, and don't store silicone toys touching each other — prolonged silicone-on-silicone contact degrades the surface.

TPE strokers need the extra steps above: rinse through, dry completely, powder, store cool and dark.

Is there a warranty?

Femme Bliss branded items carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Third-party branded items carry six weeks unless stated otherwise.

Orders & Payment

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are SSL-encrypted and processed by established gateways. We never see or store your full card number.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, any time before it enters fulfilment. Once processing has begun or a tracking number exists, it can't be cancelled. Email us as soon as possible.

Do I have to be 18?

Yes. This is a strict 18+ store, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that's higher. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we believe the buyer is a minor.
