Refund policy

Return policy scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.femmebliss.net and shipped to the United States, the EU/EEA, and the United Kingdom. 
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that these are intimate, hygiene-sensitive products and agrees to the conditions below. 

No returns for hygiene
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason such as “changed mind,” “didn’t like it,” “ordered by mistake,” or “doesn’t meet expectations.” 
For EU/UK customers, the legal “right of withdrawal” may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (commonly described as the hygiene exception). 
If a product’s hygiene seal, retail seal, or original packaging is opened or tampered with, it is non-returnable. 

Defects and shipping errors
If your order arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, transit damage, or you received the wrong item, contact us (cngzcy@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue. 
To request support, provide: (1) order number, (2) clear photos/videos showing the issue, and (3) photos of the outer shipping box and labels. 
After verification, our standard remedy is a replacement of the same item (or comparable item if discontinued); refunds may be provided only where required by applicable consumer law or when replacement is not feasible. 

Order cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing/fulfillment; once processing begins or a tracking number is created, cancellation is no longer possible. 
If a customer refuses delivery or provides an undeliverable address, the order remains final-sale and any reshipment costs (if offered) may be charged to the customer. 

Statutory rights and contact
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law, including EU/UK legal guarantees for non-conforming or faulty goods. 
In some jurisdictions (particularly within the EU/UK), consumers may be entitled to remedies for defective goods even where a store otherwise maintains a strict hygiene-based no-return policy.
