1. Introduction & company information

These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.femmebliss.net ("the Website") and the purchase of products from it. The Website is owned and operated by Guangzhou Xile Media Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

2. Age restriction

Strict 18+ policy. By accessing this Website and placing an order, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We reserve the right to verify age and to cancel any order where we suspect the purchaser is a minor. Access to adult content and purchase of adult products by minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Contract formation

  • Order acceptance: all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The display of products on our Website is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.
  • Conclusion of contract: a binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you receive the initial order acknowledgement. We reserve the right to reject any order prior to dispatch, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Returns and right of withdrawal

We operate two different return policies, because we sell two very different kinds of product. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4.1 Apparel (underwear, thongs, jockstraps, bodysuits, leggings and other garments)
Returnable within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, has its original tags attached, and its hygiene liner intact. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Returns must be authorised in advance; we will provide a return address in the United States once your request is approved.

4.2 Intimate wellness products (vibrators, massagers, strokers, bondage items, candles)
For health protection and hygiene reasons, all sales of these items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

4.3 EU & UK consumers — the hygiene exception
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a right to cancel online contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. Once the hygiene seal, shrink wrap or packaging of an intimate wellness item is opened, the item is non-returnable. Apparel is covered by section 4.1 above.

5. Warranty & defective items

  • Reporting period: please inspect all goods on receipt. If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.
  • Femme Bliss branded items: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Third-party branded items: six-week warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Resolution: our standard remedy is replacement of the defective item with the same model. Refunds are issued where replacement is not feasible, or where required by law.

6. Pricing, payment & fraud prevention

  • Pricing: prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed.
  • Fraud screening: we use third-party fraud detection. We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as high risk, or to request additional verification before processing.
  • Automated access: you agree not to use data mining, robots, scraping or similar methods on our Website, except for standard search engine crawlers complying with our robots.txt. Unauthorised bot traffic may result in IP restriction.

7. Shipping, customs & import duties

  • Importer of record: for international orders you are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring the product can lawfully be imported into the destination country.
  • Customs & duties: all customs fees, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Seized packages: we are not responsible if a package is confiscated, destroyed or delayed by customs authorities under local regulations on adult products. No refunds are issued for seized items.
  • Delivered packages: our responsibility ends once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. We are not liable for theft after delivery.

8. Product use & liability

  • Intended use: products sold on this Website are sold as adult novelties for personal use. We make no medical claims regarding any product.
  • Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, Femme Bliss (Guangzhou Xile Media Ltd.) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us. Use all products at your own risk and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Website (text, logos, graphics, images, video) is the property of Femme Bliss or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of the Website without express written permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guangzhou. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence, including rights under EU, UK and US consumer protection law.
