2. Age Restriction & Compliance

Strict 18+ Policy: By accessing this Website and placing an order, you strictly declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
We reserve the right to verify age and cancel any order where we suspect the purchaser is a minor. Accessing adult content or purchasing adult products by minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Contract Formation

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The display of products on our Website constitutes an “invitation to treat,” not a binding offer.
• Conclusion of Contract: A binding contract between you and FemmeBliss is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email (confirming that your order has been shipped), not when you receive the initial order acknowledgment. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason prior to dispatch, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicion of fraud.

4. International Returns & Right of Withdrawal (Crucial Update)

4.1. General Policy (Global)
Due to the intimate nature of our products (adult toys, lingerie, and wellness items), all sales are final. For strict health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
4.2. EU & UK Consumers - The “Hygiene Exception”
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you typically have a right to cancel online contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
HOWEVER, this right does NOT apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
• Therefore: Once the hygiene seal, shrink wrap, or packaging of any intimate item is opened or tampered with, you lose your right of withdrawal, and the item is non-returnable.
• Cancellation Pre-Dispatch: If you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the goods are dispatched, please contact us immediately. Once the order is processed/shipped, the hygiene exception applies upon delivery.

5. Warranty & Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products.
• Reporting Period: You must inspect all goods upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence.
• FemmeBliss Brand Warranty: Items branded “FemmeBliss” carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Third-Party Brand Warranty: Items from other manufacturers carry a standard six-week warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Resolution: Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective item with the same model. Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion or where required by law.

6. Pricing, Payment & Fraud Prevention

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
• Fraud Screening: We employ advanced third-party fraud detection algorithms. We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as “High Risk” or request additional verification before processing.
• Bot Policy: You agree not to use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering methods on our Website, except for “Permitted Bots” (e.g., standard search engine crawlers) that comply with our robots.txt policy. Unauthorized bot traffic may result in immediate IP bans.

7. Shipping, Customs & Import Duties
• Importer of Record: For international orders (outside China), you are considered the “importer of record.” You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
• Customs & Duties: All applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Seized Packages: FemmeBliss is NOT responsible if a package is confiscated, destroyed, or delayed by customs authorities due to local regulations regarding adult products. No refunds will be issued for seized items.
• Lost Packages: While we provide tracking, our responsibility for the goods ends once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. We are not liable for “porch piracy” or theft after delivery.

8. Disclaimer of Liability (Product Use)
• Novelty Use: Products sold on this Website are sold as adult novelties for entertainment purposes only. FemmeBliss makes no medical claims regarding any product.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FemmeBliss (Guangzhou Xile Media Ltd.) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including personal injury) arising out of the use or misuse of any product purchased from us. Use all products at your own risk and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
