Apparel: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns require approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Intimate wellness items: final sale for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not exclude support for defective, damaged or incorrect items, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

For damage or defects on arrival, or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video. This reporting request does not replace the limited warranty or your non-waivable consumer rights.

The standard remedy for a defective item is replacement with the same model. Refunds apply where replacement is not feasible or where required by law.

Which head to start with

Broad head — the safest first choice. It spreads vibration over a wide area, which suits anyone who finds pinpoint stimulation too sharp. Also the one to use for shoulders and thighs.

Pinpoint head — concentrated and considerably more intense. Use a lower intensity setting than you would with the broad head.

Specialised head — curved for internal or targeted use. Use water-based lubricant with this one.

Swap heads with the device switched off, and make sure each one is seated fully before use.

Care & cleaning

  • Remove the head and wash it separately — warm water and mild unscented soap, or a toy cleaner, before and after every use. Clean where the head joins the body, which is where residue collects.
  • Do not submerge the motor body unless waterproofing is confirmed on your packaging.
  • Air dry fully before reassembling or storing. Store heads separately rather than stacked together.
  • Water-based lubricant only. See Toy Care 101.

Questions

Can I really use it as a body massager?
Yes, with the broad head — on shoulders, calves or thighs it works as a normal massage wand. That also makes it the easiest toy here to leave in a drawer without explanation.

What do two motors actually do?
They run independently, so you can have strong vibration at the head and something gentler through the body, or the reverse.

Is it good for beginners?
Yes, starting with the broad head on a low setting. The pinpoint head is the one to work up to.

Can I buy replacement heads?
The three included heads are what ships with the wand. Cared for properly, silicone heads last a long time.
