Getting both working at once
Suction and internal motion rarely want the same intensity, which is the reason they are separate here. Most people end up running one noticeably higher than the other — the combination that works for you is worth finding deliberately rather than leaving both on the same setting.
Insert the internal end with the tip curving up toward the navel, using water-based lubricant, then bend the body until the suction head settles over the clitoris with a light seal. Suction needs contact around the nozzle to work at all — if it feels like nothing is happening, the seal is the first thing to check.

- Warm water and mild unscented soap, or a toy cleaner, before and after every use, including inside the suction nozzle and the textured tip.
- Do not submerge unless waterproofing is confirmed on your packaging.

Will the suction head reach my clitoris?
The body bends, so adjust the angle first and then the depth. If nothing lines up comfortably, the shape does not match your anatomy — separate toys will serve you better.
Can I use just one?
Yes, the two are controlled independently.
