Apparel: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns require approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Intimate wellness items: final sale for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not exclude support for defective, damaged or incorrect items, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

For damage or defects on arrival, or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video. This reporting request does not replace the limited warranty or your non-waivable consumer rights.

The standard remedy for a defective item is replacement with the same model. Refunds apply where replacement is not feasible or where required by law.

BlissFlex is a double-ended vibrator: two rounded heads joined by a slim silicone stem, with a small wireless remote. The stem is flexible — it can lie straight or fold into a U — so you can bend it to position the two heads.

Using it

The two heads are different on purpose: the larger ribbed one and the smaller textured one give two distinct sensations. Bend the stem to position them and use the remote to switch it on and adjust it — it keeps your hands free, or hands control to a partner.

For internal use, apply water-based lubricant to the head you are inserting and start on the lowest setting.

Care & cleaning

  • Warm water and mild unscented soap, or a toy cleaner, before and after every use — both heads and the full length of the stem.
  • Do not submerge unless waterproofing is confirmed on your packaging.
  • Air dry fully and store it straight rather than folded. Keep separate from other silicone items.
  • Water-based lubricant only. See Toy Care 101.

Questions

What is the remote for?
Switching it on and off and adjusting it with the up and down buttons, without reaching for the toy — useful once it is in place, or when a partner is in control.

Is it quiet?
The manufacturer rates it at up to 55 dB, roughly normal conversation. Fine with background noise; audible in a silent room.

Is it a couples toy?
It is made and sold as one — the double-ended shape and the wireless remote are designed to be shared.
