Safety — please read before first use

Cock rings work by restricting venous blood flow out of the penis. That produces a firmer erection, and it is also why the following rules are not optional:

• Maximum 20–30 minutes of continuous wear. Set a timer before you start. Prolonged restriction can cause a painful sustained erection and, untreated, tissue damage.
• Remove immediately if you notice pain, numbness, coldness or discolouration. These are signs the restriction is excessive.
• Never wear one while sleeping. Nocturnal erections are involuntary and you will not be awake to notice a problem.
• Do not use with blood thinners, PDE5 inhibitors (e.g. sildenafil), or with a clotting or circulatory condition without speaking to a doctor first.
• Do not use numbing products alongside it — they mask exactly the warning signs you need to feel.

How to put it on and position it

Apply while semi-erect or soft, not fully erect — it is far easier and far safer that way. A little water-based lubricant on the band helps it on and off.

Point the clitoral motor upward, toward the belly. That is what puts it in contact with your partner during face-to-face positions. Facing down instead stimulates the wearer's perineum, which some people prefer — but it is a different use.

Remove it slowly by stretching the band forward. If it feels tight, add lubricant and wait for the erection to subside rather than pulling.

How long can I wear it?
20–30 minutes maximum, continuously. Remove, allow normal circulation to return for at least ten minutes, then reapply if you want to continue.

Does the clitoral motor actually reach?
In face-to-face positions with close pelvic contact, yes. Rear-entry positions generally point it away. A small change in angle is usually all it takes.

Is it a treatment for erectile dysfunction?
No. It requires an existing erection to work and makes no medical claims. Clinical ED is a matter for a doctor.
