Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

For damage or defects on arrival, or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video. This reporting request does not replace the limited warranty or your non-waivable consumer rights.

The standard remedy for a defective item is replacement with the same model. Refunds apply where replacement is not feasible or where required by law.
