Apparel: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns require approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Intimate wellness items: final sale for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not exclude support for defective, damaged or incorrect items, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

For damage or defects on arrival, or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video. This reporting request does not replace the limited warranty or your non-waivable consumer rights.

The standard remedy for a defective item is replacement with the same model. Refunds apply where replacement is not feasible or where required by law.

We would rather tell you what one size means than let you find out. High-spandex mesh stretches a long way, and this is the plus-size cut rather than the standard one — but no single size fits everyone, and stretch fabric fits closer the further you are from the cut it was designed around.

Height matters as much as width with anything cut as one piece, because the fabric has to span the full torso from the neck tie to the shorts. If you are tall, expect it to sit lower and feel more fitted than it does on a shorter frame.

Care

  • Hand wash cold only. Fine stretch mesh snags in a machine, even on a gentle cycle.
  • Hang to dry. Never tumble dry — heat destroys spandex permanently.
  • Take rings and jewellery off before putting it on. That is how most of these get laddered.
  • Do not iron or bleach.

Is it see-through?
Yes. Sheer mesh is the design.

How durable is it?
Fishnet is delicate by nature. Handled carefully it lasts; caught on a ring or a fingernail it ladders like a stocking. Treat it as occasion wear.

Can I machine wash it?
No. Hand wash cold is the only safe method for this fabric.
