Apparel: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns require approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

Caring for the finish

Never tumble dry, iron, or bleach. Heat is what kills metallic fabric — it goes from mirror-bright to cloudy in a single hot wash and does not come back. Hand wash cold, hang dry away from radiators.
