Apparel: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns require approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Intimate wellness items: final sale for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not exclude support for defective, damaged or incorrect items, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

For damage or defects on arrival, or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video. This reporting request does not replace the limited warranty or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Why modal

Modal is a beech-derived fibre that is softer and drapes better than standard polyester knit, and it holds colour through washing without going grey. For a piece cut this close to the body, that difference is the whole point — a stiffer fabric would show every seam and ride up at the shoulder.

Sizing

Bodysuits fit differently from briefs because torso length matters as much as waist. Go by your usual t-shirt size: S fits a 71–81 cm (28–32 in) chest, M 86–96 cm (34–38 in), L 96–107 cm (38–42 in), XL 107–117 cm (42–46 in).
