Apparel: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns require approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Intimate wellness items: final sale for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not exclude support for defective, damaged or incorrect items, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

For damage or defects on arrival, or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video. This reporting request does not replace the limited warranty or your non-waivable consumer rights.

The standard remedy for a defective item is replacement with the same model. Refunds apply where replacement is not feasible or where required by law.

Why quiet actually matters

Under 50 dB is roughly a quiet conversation. Through a duvet, or with any background noise, it goes unnoticed — which for shared houses, thin walls and visiting family is the difference between a toy you use and one you do not. It is not silent; nothing is.

In the bath

IPX7 means full submersion to one metre is fine. Two practical notes: water washes away water-based lubricant almost instantly, so lube is of limited use submerged; and warm water is quite numbing, so what feels gentle in the bath may be stronger than expected out of it.

Care & cleaning

  • Warm water and mild unscented soap, or a toy cleaner, before and after every use. Full rinsing is fine given the IPX7 rating.
  • Air dry completely before storing, including around the charging contacts.
  • Store apart from other silicone items.
  • Water-based lubricant only. See Toy Care 101.
