Most anal sets sell you the toys and leave out the part people actually have questions about. This one includes a silicone douche alongside two plugs and a string of beads, which makes it a genuinely complete starting point rather than a partial one.

On the douche
Rinsing is optional, not mandatory — plenty of people skip it entirely. If you do use it, fill it with plain lukewarm water only — never add soap, and never use hot water. Rinse gently and stop when the water runs clear; over-douching irritates the lining and does more harm than good.

Questions
Do I need to douche before anal play?
No. It is a personal preference, not a requirement. Many people find a normal shower is enough.
What is the difference between the two options?
On the vibrating version, the small tapered plug has a bullet vibrator in its base, which also makes it slightly longer (90 mm rather than 70 mm). The douche, jewel-base plug and heart beads are identical in both.
How do I clean everything?
Wash every piece, including the outside of the douche bulb, with warm water and mild unscented soap before and after use. On the vibrating version, wipe the bullet vibrator clean rather than submerging it. The douche should be rinsed thoroughly inside and out and left to dry completely — trapped moisture is the main hygiene risk with any bulb.
What lubricant works with these?
Water-based only. Silicone lube degrades silicone toys.
