Apparel: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns require approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Intimate wellness items: final sale for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not exclude support for defective, damaged or incorrect items, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

Manufacturing defects: Femme Bliss branded items have a 1-year limited warranty. Third-party branded items have a 6-week warranty unless otherwise stated. See the Terms of Service for conditions.

For damage or defects on arrival, or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video. This reporting request does not replace the limited warranty or your non-waivable consumer rights.

The standard remedy for a defective item is replacement with the same model. Refunds apply where replacement is not feasible or where required by law.

PulseGrip is a rechargeable vibrating sleeve with an open, wrap-around design. Instead of a closed canal, the ribbed sleeve curves around the shaft, so it adapts to different sizes and you control the pressure with your hand while the motor adds vibration. It runs from the button on the device or from a phone app.

Using it

  • Start on the lowest mode and work up — nine settings is more range than most people need.
  • Your hand sets the pressure. Squeeze the sleeve for a tighter grip or relax it for a lighter touch; the open shape means it is never too tight on its own.
  • Use plenty of water-based lubricant on the ribbed inner surface.
  • Pair the app before you need it if a partner will be controlling it. More in our guide to app-controlled toys.

Care & cleaning

  1. Rinse immediately after use with warm water and a mild unscented soap or a toy cleaner, working into the ribs.
  2. Dry it completely before storing — the open design makes this quick.
  3. Store somewhere cool and dark, apart from other silicone toys.
  4. Water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based lubricants degrade silicone toys.
